Canvai Society membership terms and rules of the members-only giveaways
PART 1 – CANVAI SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP
Canvai Society (the “Membership”) is a subscription offered by Canvai inc. on canvai.ca.
- Price and billing. $13.86 CAD every two (2) weeks, plus applicable taxes, charged automatically to the payment method used at sign-up until the Membership is cancelled.
- Cancellation. Members can cancel at any time from their Canvai account (Profile › Manage Membership) or by contacting info@canvai.ca. Cancellation stops future payments; payments already made are not refunded.
- Entries. Each Membership payment gives 280 entries in the Canvai giveaways that are open at the time of the payment, subject to the rules of each giveaway.
- Loyalty. Members who stay subscribed receive more entries per payment: 1.5X after 3 months (420 entries), 2X after 6 months (560), 2.5X after 9 months (700) and 3X after 12 months (840). A member who cancels and joins again starts over at 280 entries.
- Perks. 10% off the Canvai shop, entry in members-only giveaways and a birthday gift, while the Membership is active.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win any Canvai giveaway, including members-only giveaways. Each giveaway offers a free way to enter, described in its rules.
PART 2 – GIVEAWAY RULES: “CANVAI SOCIETY – PS5 + GTA 6”
(hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”)
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, MEMBERSHIP OR ACCEPTANCE OF A PRODUCT OFFER WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
THIS CONTEST IS VALID ONLY IN CANADA. DO NOT PARTICIPATE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING RULES. BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE RULES, WHICH CONSTITUTE A CONTRACT, AND THAT YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THEM.
CONTEST PERIOD AND ORGANIZER
The “Canvai Society – PS5 + GTA 6” contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is organized and administered by Canvai inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest Organizer”). The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 25, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). The clock used by the Contest Organizer is the official clock to determine the date and time of receipt of an Entry.
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the date of their Entry. Employees of the Contest Organizer, its subsidiaries, advertising partners, Internet agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and agents (collectively, the “Contest Entities”) and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent) and/or those living in the same household are excluded. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. All federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules. Winning the Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary. There are two (2) ways to enter the Contest for a chance to win the Prize:
1. Entry through a Canvai Society Membership payment. During the Contest Period, each Canvai Society Membership payment successfully processed on canvai.ca (the “Website”), whether the first payment or a renewal, gives two hundred eighty (280) Entries (each a “Membership Entry”). Payments that are refunded, reversed or charged back before the draw do not give Entries.
2. No-Purchase Entry. To receive two hundred eighty (280) Entries without making any purchase or payment of any kind, on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand-print your first and last name, address, city, province, postal code, date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy), email address, telephone number including area code, and the words “CANVAI SOCIETY PS5” (each a “No-Purchase Entry”). Send your No-Purchase Entry in a standard #10 business envelope with first-class postage to: Canvai inc., 1310 rue Gay-Lussac, Suite 207, Boucherville, Quebec J4B 7G4, Canada. Your mailing envelope must include a valid return address, including a full first and last name. No-Purchase Entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and invalid. Limit one Entry per mailing envelope. Bulk shipments (multiple Entries in a single package) will not be accepted. The No-Purchase Entry, including the mailing envelope, must be handwritten. No mechanically reproduced or mechanically stamped Entries will be accepted. Entries postmarked no later than December 25, 2026, and received by January 4, 2027, will be eligible. Each No-Purchase Entry counts as two hundred eighty (280) Entries, provided it meets the requirements stated above.
Membership Entries and No-Purchase Entries are each referred to as an “Entry” and collectively as the “Entries.”
No-Purchase Entries that do not comply with the specified format, that are illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, or mechanically reproduced by photocopier or otherwise, will be void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. The Contest Organizer is not responsible for Entries that are lost, late, illegible, altered, misdirected, insufficiently stamped, or not received by the deadline. All submitted materials become the property of the Contest Organizer and will not be returned. No correspondence will be acknowledged or entered into; requests for confirmation of receipt of No-Purchase Entries will not be acknowledged.
Normal internet access fees, phone charges, and usage charges imposed by your online or telephone service provider may apply.
PRIZE DRAWING
A random draw to select one (1) winner will be held on or before January 8, 2027, from all eligible Membership Entries and No-Purchase Entries received. The draw will be conducted by a representative of the Contest Organizer. The odds of winning the Prize depend solely on the number of eligible Entries received.
HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE
The potential winner will be contacted via email and/or telephone and must complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, a prize acceptance form, and a publicity release. Furthermore, the potential winner must correctly answer a mandatory mathematical skill-testing question, administered via email or phone, before receiving the Prize (without any assistance of any kind, mechanical or otherwise) (collectively, the “Declaration Forms”). All completed Declaration Forms must be returned within five (5) days of the notification attempt.
Failure to return the required Declaration Forms or respond to a notification within the specified time frame, or the return of any Prize/Prize notification as undeliverable, will result in disqualification without further notice, and an alternate winner will be selected. Awarding of the Prize is subject to verification of eligibility and completion of all required Declaration Forms by the potential winner.
PRIZE
One (1) Prize consisting of: one (1) PlayStation 5 console with a Canvai “CVA” custom wrap, one (1) controller with a matching wrap, and one (1) copy of the game Grand Theft Auto VI for PlayStation 5, with an approximate total value of one thousand dollars ($1,000 CAD) (hereinafter the “Prize”). The Prize consists only of the items specifically listed above.
The winner will be solely responsible for all costs and expenses related to acceptance and use of the Prize not specified herein as being assumed by the Contest Organizer. The Contest Organizer will contact the winner to arrange delivery or pick-up of the Prize in Canada.
The Prize must be accepted as described in these Rules and may not be substituted, assigned, transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash, subject to the following. In the event it is impossible, difficult, and/or more costly for the Contest Organizer to award the Prize (or any portion thereof) as described in these Rules, the Contest Organizer reserves the right to award a Prize (or any portion thereof) of the same nature and equivalent value or, at the Contest Organizer’s sole discretion, the cash value of the Prize (or portion thereof) as indicated in these Rules. All details and restrictions of the Prize not specified in these Rules will be determined by the Contest Organizer at its sole discretion.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Limitation of liability and release – Non-delivery of the Prize. The Contest Organizer is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of the delivery of the Prize due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control. If the manufacturer and/or vendor cancels the order for reasons beyond the Contest Organizer’s control and the Prize cannot be delivered, no additional compensation will be provided, and if a substitute Prize is provided, the difference in value will not be provided in cash. The winner assumes all risk of loss, damage, or theft of the Prize after taking ownership. Only the number of Prizes stated in these Rules is available to be won. Except for any warranty provided by the manufacturer and/or vendor, everything regarding this Contest, including the Prize and the Website, is provided “as is” without any warranty from the Contest Organizer of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability and release – Participation in the Contest and/or Prize. Participants/winners agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Contest Organizer and the Contest Entities from any claim or liability for any losses or damages of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of the Prize. The Contest Organizer and the Contest Entities are not responsible if the Contest cannot be administered or conducted as planned due to events beyond the reasonable control of the Contest Organizer. In the event of any discrepancy between promotional materials and these Rules, these Rules shall prevail.
Publicity authorization. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner’s permission for the Contest Organizer and the Contest Entities to use, worldwide and without further compensation, the winner’s name, image, voice, city and province of residence and statements for advertising and promotional purposes, including in a winners list.
Notice – Website and social media. The Contest Organizer and the Contest Entities are not responsible for defective, incorrect or delayed transmissions, technical malfunctions, or undeliverable emails. Social media platforms assume no responsibility in connection with the Contest.
Cancellation/Modification. The Contest Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest or these Rules at any time, including adjusting dates and deadlines, if a factor beyond its control affects the proper administration of the Contest. Any changes to the Rules will be posted on the Website.
Participant identity. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a participant, the Entry will be deemed to have been made by the person whose name appears on the Membership order or on the No-Purchase Entry.
Fraud. Any Entries suspected of fraud (including those using robotic, automated, programmed, or similar entry methods) will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Contest Organizer.
Personal information. The Contest Organizer and its authorized agents will collect, use, and disclose the personal information you provide for the purposes of administering the Contest and awarding the Prize, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Governing laws. This Contest is subject to all federal and provincial laws of the Province of Quebec. Any legal action must be brought before the courts having jurisdiction in the District of Montreal.
Severability. If any provision of these Rules is held illegal, unenforceable, or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed void and all other provisions shall remain in effect.
Winner and Rules. The name of the winner will be published on canvai.ca within approximately one (1) to two (2) weeks after the end of the Contest Period, once the winner has been verified. These Rules are posted on canvai.ca throughout the Contest Period.

PARTIE 1 – ABONNEMENT CANVAI SOCIETY
Canvai Society (l’« Abonnement ») est un abonnement offert par Canvai inc. sur canvai.ca.
- Prix et facturation. 13,86 $ CA aux deux (2) semaines, plus les taxes applicables, prélevés automatiquement sur le mode de paiement utilisé à l’inscription jusqu’à l’annulation de l’Abonnement.
- Annulation. Le membre peut annuler en tout temps dans son compte Canvai (Profil › Manage Membership) ou en écrivant à info@canvai.ca. L’annulation arrête les paiements futurs; les paiements déjà faits ne sont pas remboursés.
- Participations. Chaque paiement de l’Abonnement donne 280 Participations aux concours Canvai ouverts au moment du paiement, sous réserve des règlements de chaque concours.
- Fidélité. Le membre qui reste abonné reçoit plus de Participations par paiement : 1,5X après 3 mois (420 Participations), 2X après 6 mois (560), 2,5X après 9 mois (700) et 3X après 12 mois (840). Un membre qui annule puis se réabonne recommence à 280 Participations.
- Avantages. 10 % de rabais sur la boutique Canvai, participation aux concours réservés aux membres et un cadeau de fête, tant que l’Abonnement est actif.
Aucun achat n’est nécessaire pour participer ou gagner à un concours Canvai, y compris les concours réservés aux membres. Chaque concours offre une façon gratuite de participer, décrite dans ses règlements.
PARTIE 2 – RÈGLEMENTS DU CONCOURS « CANVAI SOCIETY – PS5 + GTA 6 »
(ci-après appelés les « Règlements »)
AUCUN ACHAT OU PAIEMENT DE QUELQUE NATURE QUE CE SOIT N’EST NÉCESSAIRE POUR PARTICIPER OU GAGNER. UN ACHAT, UN PAIEMENT, UN ABONNEMENT OU L’ACCEPTATION D’UNE OFFRE DE PRODUIT NE FAVORISERA PAS VOS CHANCES DE GAGNER.
CE CONCOURS EST VALABLE UNIQUEMENT AU CANADA. NE PARTICIPEZ PAS SI VOUS NE SOUHAITEZ PAS VOUS SOUMETTRE AUX RÈGLEMENTS CI-DESSOUS. EN PARTICIPANT À CE CONCOURS, VOUS SIGNIFIEZ QUE VOUS AVEZ LU CES RÈGLEMENTS, QUI SONT UN CONTRAT, ET QUE VOUS ACCEPTEZ DE VOUS Y CONFORMER.
PÉRIODE DU CONCOURS ET ORGANISATEUR
Le concours « Canvai Society – PS5 + GTA 6 » (ci-après appelé le « Concours ») est organisé et administré par Canvai inc. (ci-après appelée l’« Organisateur du Concours »). Le Concours commence à 0 h 01, heure de l’Est (« HE »), le 6 novembre 2026 et se termine à 23 h 59 HE le 25 décembre 2026 (la « Période du Concours »). L’horloge utilisée par l’Organisateur du Concours est l’horloge officielle pour déterminer la date et l’heure de réception d’une Participation.
ADMISSIBILITÉ
Le Concours s’adresse uniquement aux résidents légaux du Canada ayant atteint la majorité légale dans leur province ou territoire de résidence à la date de leur Participation. Sont exclus les employés de l’Organisateur du Concours, de ses filiales, de ses partenaires publicitaires, de ses agences Internet, ainsi que chacun de leurs dirigeants, administrateurs et agents respectifs (collectivement, les « Entités du Concours ») et les membres de leur famille immédiate (conjoint légal ou de fait, parent, enfant, frère, sœur, grand-parent) et/ou les personnes vivant sous le même toit. Le Concours est nul là où la loi l’interdit. Toutes les lois et réglementations fédérales, provinciales et locales s’appliquent. En participant au Concours, les participants acceptent d’être liés par ces Règlements. Gagner le Prix est conditionnel au respect de toutes les exigences énoncées aux présentes.
COMMENT PARTICIPER
Aucun achat n’est requis. Il existe deux (2) façons de participer au Concours pour courir la chance de gagner le Prix :
1. Participation par un paiement de l’Abonnement Canvai Society. Pendant la Période du Concours, chaque paiement de l’Abonnement Canvai Society traité avec succès sur canvai.ca (le « Site Web »), qu’il s’agisse du premier paiement ou d’un renouvellement, donne deux cent quatre-vingts (280) Participations (chacune une « Participation d’Abonnement »). Les paiements remboursés, annulés ou contestés avant le tirage ne donnent pas de Participations.
2. Participation sans achat. Pour recevoir deux cent quatre-vingts (280) Participations sans effectuer d’achat ou de paiement de quelque nature que ce soit, sur un morceau de papier de 3" x 5", écrivez à la main votre prénom et nom complet, adresse, ville, province, code postal, date de naissance (jj/mm/aaaa), adresse courriel, numéro de téléphone avec l’indicatif régional et les mots « CANVAI SOCIETY PS5 » (chacune une « Participation sans achat »). Envoyez votre Participation sans achat dans une enveloppe de taille commerciale no 10 suffisamment affranchie à : Canvai inc., 1310 rue Gay-Lussac, bureau 207, Boucherville (Québec) J4B 7G4, Canada. Votre enveloppe doit porter une adresse de retour valide, comprenant un prénom et un nom complets. Les Participations sans achat reçues sans adresse de retour vérifiable et lisible seront considérées comme incomplètes et invalides. Limite d’une Participation par enveloppe. Les envois en vrac (plusieurs Participations dans un seul colis) ne seront pas acceptés. La Participation sans achat, y compris l’enveloppe, doit être écrite à la main. Aucune Participation reproduite ou affranchie mécaniquement ne sera acceptée. Les Participations oblitérées au plus tard le 25 décembre 2026 et reçues au plus tard le 4 janvier 2027 seront admissibles. Chaque Participation sans achat compte pour deux cent quatre-vingts (280) Participations, à condition de respecter les exigences ci-dessus.
Les Participations d’Abonnement et les Participations sans achat sont chacune appelées une « Participation » et collectivement, les « Participations ».
Les Participations sans achat qui ne respectent pas le format indiqué, qui sont illisibles, inexactes, incomplètes ou reproduites par photocopieur ou autrement seront nulles. La preuve d’envoi ne constitue pas une preuve de réception. L’Organisateur du Concours n’est pas responsable des Participations perdues, en retard, illisibles, altérées, mal acheminées, insuffisamment affranchies ou non reçues avant la date limite. Tout le matériel soumis devient la propriété de l’Organisateur du Concours et ne sera pas retourné. Aucune correspondance ne sera échangée; les demandes de confirmation de réception des Participations sans achat ne recevront pas de réponse.
Des frais normaux d’accès à Internet et de téléphonie imposés par votre fournisseur peuvent s’appliquer.
TIRAGE DU PRIX
Un tirage au sort pour sélectionner un (1) gagnant aura lieu au plus tard le 8 janvier 2027, parmi toutes les Participations d’Abonnement et Participations sans achat admissibles reçues. Le tirage sera effectué par un représentant de l’Organisateur du Concours. Les chances de gagner le Prix dépendent uniquement du nombre de Participations admissibles reçues.
COMMENT RÉCLAMER LE PRIX
Le gagnant potentiel sera contacté par courriel et/ou par téléphone et devra remplir et retourner un affidavit d’admissibilité, une décharge de responsabilité, un formulaire d’acceptation du Prix et un formulaire d’autorisation de publicité. De plus, le gagnant potentiel devra répondre correctement à une question obligatoire d’habileté mathématique, administrée par courriel ou par téléphone, avant de recevoir le Prix (sans aucune aide de quelque nature que ce soit, mécanique ou autre) (collectivement, les « Formulaires de déclaration »). Tous les Formulaires de déclaration remplis doivent être retournés dans les cinq (5) jours suivant la tentative de notification.
Le défaut de retourner les Formulaires de déclaration ou de répondre à une notification dans le délai indiqué, ou le retour de tout Prix ou avis de Prix comme non distribuable, entraînera une disqualification sans autre avis, et un gagnant de remplacement sera sélectionné. L’attribution du Prix est conditionnelle à la vérification de l’admissibilité et à la remise de tous les Formulaires de déclaration par le gagnant potentiel.
PRIX
Un (1) Prix composé de : une (1) console PlayStation 5 avec habillage personnalisé Canvai « CVA », une (1) manette avec habillage assorti et un (1) exemplaire du jeu Grand Theft Auto VI pour PlayStation 5, d’une valeur totale approximative de mille dollars (1 000 $ CA) (ci-après le « Prix »). Le Prix se compose uniquement des éléments énumérés ci-dessus.
Le gagnant sera seul responsable de tous les frais et dépenses liés à l’acceptation et à l’utilisation du Prix qui ne sont pas indiqués aux présentes comme assumés par l’Organisateur du Concours. L’Organisateur du Concours communiquera avec le gagnant pour organiser la livraison ou la cueillette du Prix au Canada.
Le Prix doit être accepté tel que décrit dans ces Règlements et ne peut être substitué, cédé, transféré, vendu ou échangé contre de l’argent, sous réserve de ce qui suit. S’il est impossible, difficile et/ou plus coûteux pour l’Organisateur du Concours d’attribuer le Prix (ou une partie du Prix) tel que décrit dans ces Règlements, l’Organisateur du Concours se réserve le droit d’attribuer un Prix (ou une partie du Prix) de même nature et de valeur équivalente ou, à sa seule discrétion, la valeur en argent du Prix (ou d’une partie du Prix) indiquée dans ces Règlements. Tous les détails et restrictions du Prix non précisés dans ces Règlements seront déterminés par l’Organisateur du Concours à sa seule discrétion.
MODALITÉS
Limitation de responsabilité et décharge – Non-livraison du Prix. L’Organisateur du Concours n’est pas responsable de tout retard ou annulation de la livraison du Prix en raison de circonstances imprévues ou échappant à son contrôle. Si le fabricant et/ou le commerçant annule la commande pour des raisons échappant au contrôle de l’Organisateur du Concours et que le Prix ne peut être livré, aucune compensation supplémentaire ne sera accordée et, si un Prix de remplacement est fourni, la différence de valeur ne sera pas versée en argent. Le gagnant assume tous les risques de perte, de dommage ou de vol du Prix après en avoir pris possession. Seul le nombre de Prix indiqué dans ces Règlements peut être gagné. Sauf toute garantie offerte par le fabricant et/ou le commerçant, tout ce qui concerne ce Concours, y compris le Prix et le Site Web, est fourni « tel quel », sans garantie d’aucune sorte de l’Organisateur du Concours, expresse ou implicite.
Limitation de responsabilité et décharge – Participation au Concours et/ou au Prix. Les participants et le gagnant acceptent de libérer et de tenir indemnes l’Organisateur du Concours et les Entités du Concours de toute réclamation ou responsabilité pour toute perte ou tout dommage, de quelque nature que ce soit, découlant en tout ou en partie, directement ou indirectement, de la participation au Concours ou de l’acceptation, de l’utilisation, du mauvais usage ou de la possession du Prix. L’Organisateur du Concours et les Entités du Concours ne sont pas responsables si le Concours ne peut être administré ou tenu comme prévu en raison d’événements échappant raisonnablement à leur contrôle. En cas de divergence entre le matériel promotionnel et ces Règlements, ces Règlements prévalent.
Autorisation de publicité. L’acceptation du Prix constitue l’autorisation du gagnant permettant à l’Organisateur du Concours et aux Entités du Concours d’utiliser, partout dans le monde et sans autre rémunération, son nom, son image, sa voix, sa ville et sa province de résidence et ses déclarations à des fins publicitaires et promotionnelles, y compris dans une liste de gagnants.
Avis – Site Web et médias sociaux. L’Organisateur du Concours et les Entités du Concours ne sont pas responsables des transmissions défectueuses, incorrectes ou retardées, des défaillances techniques ou des courriels non distribués. Les médias sociaux n’assument aucune responsabilité en lien avec le Concours.
Annulation/Modification. L’Organisateur du Concours se réserve le droit d’annuler, de suspendre ou de modifier le Concours ou ces Règlements en tout temps, y compris d’ajuster les dates et délais, si un facteur échappant à son contrôle nuit à la bonne administration du Concours. Toute modification des Règlements sera publiée sur le Site Web.
Identité du participant. En cas de litige sur l’identité d’un participant, la Participation sera réputée avoir été faite par la personne dont le nom figure sur la commande d’Abonnement ou sur la Participation sans achat.
Fraude. Toute Participation soupçonnée de fraude (y compris par des méthodes robotisées, automatisées, programmées ou similaires) sera disqualifiée, à la seule discrétion de l’Organisateur du Concours.
Renseignements personnels. L’Organisateur du Concours et ses agents autorisés recueilleront, utiliseront et communiqueront les renseignements personnels que vous fournissez aux fins de l’administration du Concours et de la remise du Prix, conformément à la Politique de confidentialité.
Lois applicables. Ce Concours est soumis aux lois fédérales et provinciales applicables au Québec. Toute action en justice doit être intentée devant les tribunaux compétents du district de Montréal.
Divisibilité. Si une disposition de ces Règlements est jugée illégale, inapplicable ou nulle par un tribunal compétent, cette disposition sera réputée nulle et toutes les autres dispositions demeureront en vigueur.
Gagnant et Règlements. Le nom du gagnant sera publié sur canvai.ca environ une (1) à deux (2) semaines après la fin de la Période du Concours, une fois le gagnant vérifié. Ces Règlements sont publiés sur canvai.ca pendant toute la Période du Concours.
