Our giveaways are exclusively accessible to legal residents of Canada who are licensed drivers and have reached the legal age of majority (18 years old in most provinces and territories) in their respective province or territory.

Participating in our giveaway is a breeze! Simply put, for every $1 spent in our store, you earn entries to win. To illustrate, if the current entry multiplier is 10X and you spend $100 on merchandise, you'll receive 1000 Entries to Win! The entry count is automatically calculated at checkout. In the event that there are two prizes at stake, there will be two winners, and you'll be entered into BOTH drawings!

Upon completing the checkout process, our system will AUTOMATICALLY LOG your entries! Whether you place one, two, three, or even 100 orders, all your entries will be AUTOMATICALLY MERGED!
How do I know how many entries I have?

The total entries for each order you make are computed in your cart and showcased during the checkout process. We recommend keeping track of the entry count displayed in your cart when placing an order so you can tally your overall entries at the end of the giveaway!
To review entries for individual orders, follow these steps:
- Open your order confirmation email (sent post-purchase).
- Click the "View Your Order" button in blue, redirecting you to your order page on our website.
- Select "Show Order Summary" at the top of the page.
- The entries for that specific order will be visible in the image at the top!

Upon the conclusion of the Giveaway, we transfer all entry data to our system. Roughly one week after the giveaway deadline, our system autonomously conducts a Random Drawing to determine the grand prize winner and any alternates. Following this, we personally reach out to the winner via phone and email for notification and confirmation. Once the winner's identity and eligibility are verified by our system, we officially declare a winner. The winner is then publicly revealed through an Instagram Live session, where we personally call them for the first time during the livestream!

Absolutely not! Our winners are NEVER contacted through social media. The official notification is handled directly by us. We communicate with winners via email and phone call. If you receive claims of winning through social media channels such as Instagram Direct Message, Facebook Messenger, TikTok DMs, etc., be cautious as it may be a scam! We strongly recommend blocking and reporting such contacts.

Absolutely NOT! Winners are NOT required to pay ANYTHING to claim their prize!! If someone is asking you to make a payment to receive the prize, it is a scam! Do not provide any information.

Processing orders may take between 7 to 10 business days due to high volume.
Be assured: Whether your order has arrived or not, if you've placed an order, you are still entered into the giveaway!

A Shipping Confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
*NOTE: If you haven't received any emails from us after placing your order, it's possible that there was a typo in your email address during checkout. Please reach out to our Customer Support team at info@canvai.ca to have your email address verified or corrected.

Various factors can impact the processing and shipping duration of your order. If your purchase coincides with a giveaway period, the processing time may extend beyond the standard 7-10 days due to exceptionally high order volumes. Additionally, processing delays may occur with the print company, such as machine issues, quality control problems, holidays, etc.
Be assured: Whether your order has been delivered or not, if you've made a purchase, you are still included in the giveaway!

Occasionally, the delivery service faces challenges in completing the delivery, either due to incorrect shipping details or significant damage to the package during transit. Kindly email us at info@canvai.ca, outlining your situation along with your order number, name, and shipping address. We'll ensure to address and resolve the issue promptly!

All purchases are considered final, and unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds since each product is custom-made to order. Once an order is placed, the contest entries are automatically and instantly submitted to our system and cannot be retracted. Entries for the giveaway vehicles cannot be altered.
